1) How the Relaxing Seafront Homes are located on the lot?
We have a total of 3 Seafront Homes and also our own home on the lot. We do not have any neighbors nearby and the private beach is provided only for our guests.
When you turn right from the main way to the uphill road, there’s a rough path waiting for you ahead. After a kilometer drive, our well-maintained garden welcomes you with hanging grapes overhead. If you’re traveling by car, we have a parking space available for you.
Now if you face to the sea direction, you’re going to see that the Treehouse is located on the right and Stone House is on the left, and they are positioned across to each other. The main path and the parking area are located in between.
If you follow through to the sea direction, you will be surrounded with vividly colored flowers, scented herbs, and ceramic artworks here and there guiding you downward. White-washed steps on the right lead to the Studio. The stairs on the left take you to the breakfast area, to our home, and to the beach.
2) What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund on cancellations 14 days prior to your arrival. 50% refund on cancellations after that.
3) What is the easiest way to get there?
The closest airport is Dalaman Airport (2 hours by car) and the other one is Antalya Airport (3 hours by car). We can arrange private airport transfers for you. You can also rent a car at both of the airports.
4) Can we travel with pets?
We love pets. We have 4 cats living on the property plus some casual visitors from now and then. This is why we try to protect each part by sadly declining to welcoming new friends.
5) How about the breakfast?
Our most raved breakfast consists of fully organic products straight from our own garden. Homemade jams, honey, butter, varieties of cheeses, nuts, seasonal veggies and fruits, dried fruits, olives from our own olive trees, eggs, bread, Turkish tea, filter coffee, and some daily surprises are served. Our breakfast doesn’t contain any meat products.
Feel free to walk in and take a seat on our balcony; one level below the Studio, for this fully Mediterranean breakfast between 9.00-11.00 AM. If you would like to have an early breakfast, please let us know.
6) How far is the beach from my doorstep?
It takes exactly 30 steps and less than a minute to get to the beach (yes, we counted).

Yes, you can. It takes less than 30 minutes to walk downtown.
